At Argos Fragrances, we strive for complete satisfaction with every luxury scent; however, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of our products, items that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane seal are ineligible for return.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original presentation box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package to our dedicated inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
