How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer samples before committing to a full bottle?
Yes, we offer individual 2ml samples and curated discovery sets. This allows you to experience the evolution of our fragrances on your skin before investing in a full-sized 30ml or 100ml bottle.
What is your return policy for fragrance products?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Argos Fragrances is committed to ethical practices. All of our perfumes are cruelty-free and we do not test on animals at any stage of the production process.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the essential oils, store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
